There is an extensive range of base and wall units with integrated washer/drier and dish washer. Double electric oven with 5 burner gas hob with extractor above. There is a large American style fridge/freezer plumbed for chilled water and ice cubes. Wine rack above fridge. Under-cupboard downlights with electric plinth heater.
The Lodge entrance has a built-in cloaks cupboard. Integrated sound system with ceiling speakers in lounge and Master bedroom.
There are 3 double bedrooms, as above, Master with king-size bed, each with their own fully tiled en-suite shower rooms and fitted vanity units and remote controlled Velux-style roof lights. All bedroom furniture included. The third bedroom doubles as a fully equipped office utilising a "Study Bed" which converts a wide office desk into a full sized, fully made-up double bed in seconds without disturbing the office equipment.
Fully carpeted throughout with Amtico flooring to kitchen and entrance areas.
Mains gas central heating radiators to all rooms.
Double patio doors lead off the lounge area onto the fabulous wooden decking.
The lodge is sited on a very large individual plot, well away from the other lodges and surrounded on 3 sides by high hedging giving a very high degree of privacy which is almost unique on this type of holiday site.
To the outside we have extra large wooden decking to the front and one side and 2 separate stone patio areas allowing the owner to enjoy a morning coffee taking in the sunrise over the adjacent Hambleton Hills, to the last glass of wine at sunset whilst indulging in al fresco dining from your gas BBQ.

Holiday Park Description:
The Park itself is a separate fully enclosed park comprising of 36 privately owned luxury lodges, all within Yorkhouse Holiday Park, with the entrance via electric wrought iron gates to which only lodge owners have access, giving a high degree of security and privacy. The Park is a 5 star facility incorporating very high quality owner/occupier caravans, and the site has its own cafe and social area.
There are regular social evenings held for lodge and caravan owners throughout the year.
On site there is a children's adventure park and dog-walking area.
Lodge owners and their families benefit from FREE access to the adjacent Monk Park Farm visitor attraction and for any budding anglers also free access to the fishing lake in Monk Park Farm.

Yorks moors. The beautiful city of York is just 20 miles to the south. For food lovers there are numerous Michelin-starred and highly rated restaurants within a few minutes drive.
The Park has a 12 month license meaning you can enjoy your lodge all year round. The lodge is well maintained with 37 years remaining on its licence.
