Inside the medieval castle of Macereto, a detached mansion with a garden and a beautiful panoramic terrace. The property was renovated (roofs, bathrooms, and fixtures) in 2007.

On the ground floor, there is the entrance/hallway, to the right is the eat-in kitchen, a living room with a stove, and access to the fenced garden with a gate and a technical room. Also on the same level, there is a study with a bathroom and a large cellar with a pressure water tank.
On the first floor, accessible by both an internal and external staircase, there is a large renovated living room with a bathroom.
On the second floor, there is a living room with a balcony, a double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower, and a second bedroom overlooking a terrace.
On the third floor there is an apartment constiting of a dining room/kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a small living room, and a double bedroom with a closet. From this apartment, part of the fourth floor leads to a double bedroom and a panoramic glass-walled living room that leads directly to the terrace at the top of the building's tower.

The rooms are in traditional style, with wooden beams and some terracotta floors.

Heating is provided by two gas boilers, and water is supplied by the municipal system.
