I like how easy it is to get to town from here, it is also nice being so close to the water, it doesn’t feel like properly being in the city but is close enough to enjoy the benefits.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team has been quick to respond to any questions I’ve had on the app

Wish I had known how good BTR’s were in general, really nice to be a part of a community.

A perfect location for transport, shops just a little Tripp on the tram, buses etc. a bit windy sometimes but to be expected living near the water.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
With great professionalism, always friendly and up for a chat

Strictly non smoking in surrounding area’s, noise does travel within the flat quite easily.

It’s all great - I like the area - there are nice walks, bars, pubs, and restaurants. The area is really nice generally.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The design is good, modern and clean, I’ve had no issues.

I was surprised by how nice the area by the docks was.

I love that Ocean Terminal is so close!! It’s been so nice to go for food or to the cinema with friends, having Tesco there is also a bonus! There are also amazing bars and restaurants dotted across Leith. I’ve loved exploring what the shore has to offer
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been super helpful in the process so far although I haven’t actually encountered too many problems

Nothing really! The team set my expectations pretty high and still exceeded them!!!

I really like the area more than I thought I would, whilst being advised that Leith is a busy, lively area, the actual area that Dockside is in, is always peaceful - but there is still always so many things to do.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance team are really fast and effective, and it saves so much time rather than finding service numbers for people around Edinburgh as they can enter my apartment with my permission even if I am not there.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how good the community would be, I was nervous about making friends but it has been so easy here due to all of the events that the team host throughout the months.
