Initially we discuss your options with you and make sure that we understand exactly the type of property you are seeking, to make sure that we propose only the most suitable properties. Whilst you are in Corfu, we take you to inspect your chosen properties and give you full background information.

When new properties come in, they are immediately offered to you for your consideration. If you are undertaking a new build or renovation, we help you to assess your chosen project and help you to arrange finance if necessary. If you decide to buy land, we can have your Corfu dream home built for you. You choose your budget, your design preference, your thoughts on fixtures and fittings - and we give you the key in the door! We have a first class Project Manager/Builder who listens, understands, and brings projects in on time, and on budget!

Once you have selected your Corfu property, we liaise with lawyers, notaries and civil engineers to make sure all the necessary research is completed before you proceed to contract. In addition to the purchase price of your Corfu property you need to allow approximately 10% - 15% to cover purchase tax, agency, lawyer and notary fees.

Finance is sometimes available, and we can put you in touch with mortgage providers, as well as advising you on all other financial aspects such as banking arrangements, tax numbers and currency exchange.
