I purchased this property nearly 20 years ago, knowing it was a fantastic spot as our family had grown up in Crowthorne and I understood just how convenient and well-positioned it is. Being so close to everything — local shops, schools, transport links and green spaces — has always made day-to-day life incredibly easy.

Over the years, the flat has been enjoyed by several members of our family and has served its purpose beautifully at different stages of life. It has been a first home, a comfortable base, and a place filled with memories.

One of the things I have always valued most is the community at Nugee Court. It’s a genuine neighbourhood where people look out for one another — something that truly makes a difference.

I am genuinely sad to see this little gem leave our family, but now that everyone has grown up and moved on, it feels like the right time to let someone new enjoy it and hopefully create just as many happy memories as we have.

It isn't very often you get great size apartments coming onto the market, especially in such a superb location and with the added bonus of no chain. This well presented two bedroom first floor apartment offering a convenient and comfortable living space. It has two generous double bedrooms, balcony and a garage in a block.

The apartment features a separate kitchen with appliances, a spacious living/dining room with lots of natural light and a well-appointed bathroom. There is a large sunny balcony off the living area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.

One of the big selling features of this home is the fact that it comes with a huge boarded loft with power and a loft ladder giving you ample storage space which is rare to find.

This home would make the ideal property for a first time buyer, downsizer as it benefits from a substantial lease and being share of freehold, not to mention the added benefit of being no chain as we have mentioned. If you are looking for a spacious apartment in a great location then this is not one to miss out on.

Area Comment...
Nugee Court is a lovely small development tucked away nicely just off of Crowthorne High Street. Being so close to the High Street is ideal with its many restaurants, shops and local businesses. You also have some fantastic transport links with Crowthorne station only 1.5 miles away and motorway links within easy reach to both M3 and M4 from here. If you're looking for some green space, then the Morgan recreational ground is only a few minutes walk away on the other side of the High Street, whilst you've got the likes of Wildmoor Heath and Buckler's Forest nearby with acres of woodland to enjoy. The schools are one of the big pulls to the area and this sits within many of Crowthorne's popular school catchments including being walking distance of Edgbarrow secondary school
