The property consists of bedroom/Lounge/kitchen area and separate shower room.  There is a bed and washing machine in the property and room for a 2/3 seater settee. You will need your own transport as it is located in a quiet country lane so a car/motorbike is essential. There is parking available for 1 car behind an electric gated front garden. We have 2 dogs who will be in the garden at times but they are very friendly.  There is an electric powered wall heater in the studio and a meter but the property is well insulated so heats up very quickly and no heating is required in the summer months. Broadband and all other bills included. Photographs show current tenants furniture but bed and mattress included if required. Although you are within our garden we very rarely see our current tenant and it is very private.
