Description

Welcome to Blenheim Way

The owners love….

When we purchased this property around 4 years ago, we knew this home in need of renovations had great potential! All these years on we are delighted with the result, and our home is ready to welcome its new owners!

Upon entering you are greeted with our welcoming hallway, fully redecorated to give a relaxed feel as soon as you walk through the door. Our cloakroom has feature black tiling with a beautiful shabby chic style. Leading through into the kitchen is the heart of this home fully refurbished to give a clean contemporary feel with feature lighting and breakfast bar. We have also modernised the open plan flow by squaring off the arched entrance. We very much enjoy our slow mornings here having a coffee and breakfast together with views over the garden.

Our lounge is cosy again with a clean finish the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Leading outside we have a private enclosed rear garden, it is peaceful and tranquil, private and has patio area as well as the garden space. the perfect place for alfresco dining, barbeques and entertaining.

Upstairs we have three good size bedrooms all redecorated with fitted mirror wardrobes in the master bedroom.

We have completely restored the bathroom to give the contemporary feel, feature grey tiling and a shower over the bath.

Our home is perfectly situated in Stevenage, we are in the catchment area to good local schools, as well as an array of amenities right on the doorstep, convenience store, peckers, nail bar to name a few. We have a wonderful local golf course which we very much enjoy on a Sunday. We are a short drive to the quaint town of Knebworth offering takeaways, boutique shops and countryside walks, as well as the train station with its high speed links to London. This area really does have it all with so much available within a short drive.

A must see – viewing highly recommended!!

About eXp UK, East of England

114 St. Martin's Lane London WC2N 4BE

eXp UK are the newest estate agency business, powering individual agents around the UK to provide a personal service and experience to help get you moved.

Here are the top 7 things you need to know when moving home:

Get your house valued by 3 different agents before you put it on the market

Don't pick the agent that values it the highest, without evidence of other properties sold in the same area

It's always best to put your house on the market before you find a property

The estate agent acts for the seller and is there to get the seller the best price possible

Understand the length of time it can take - 14 weeks from when you accept an offer, or have an offer accepted to move in! A long time!

It can get stressful, but speak to your agent and your solicitor and they will put you in the picture

Be nice to estate agents - we're pretty nice people, offer some great advice and will help to get you moved ;-)
