Home in Edgbaston
So my part is in Block B. There are 2 terraces first floor and 8th floor great views, they have community events too. Bookable dining lounge areas for extra guests and co working space too. Parking can be limited has to be booked and plenty of bike storage area.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location is good close to city centre upto 15 - 20mins by public transport and up to 10 mins by car or motorcycle depending on traffic. Right next Edgbaston cricket stadium, Cannon hill park great space for a run or casual walks, close to nearby Moseley area and there’s a wildlife conservation park nearby too and a few local shops Aldi been the closest. It’s a main road but it’s fairly quite as it connects to high streets further. Gets busy during event days and parking can be an issue but generally fine.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, deliveries, amenities bookings, etc all good. However the rental administration side is abit challenging sometimes can be confusing but gradually gets sorted.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are good link of public transport but only buses and certain times waiting time can be long.

Brilliant development
The development is new and very well kept, the staff members are very friendly and always happy to help. It feels very safe as there is 24 hour concierge at hand to help. There is a large choice for food and entertainment such as boxpark, tesco, sainsburys. Purley way is a short distance away for arcades and cinema etc
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Loads of shops and entertainment nearby, great for families and couple and also feels very safe, little noise pollution
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes if we’ve had any issues with our flat they have resolved it immediately
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We didn’t realise that delivery drivers are expected to wait downstairs - not a big issues and we understand safety concerns

A lovely place to live in
The building is maintained very well. If any issues in the apartment, just report them via the residence app and then we can get friendly staff to check and fix them within 1-2 working days. Sufficient security services and cleaning services are provided. The property is managed well!
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lots of restaurants/bars/cafes around. Also a big Sainsbury nearby. Central MK is also nearby. A very convenient location. Also has quit a lot Lime bikes/scooters available nearby so that you can ride them to the station or shops in distance. Lots of parking spaces around the building and it has its own parking lots. Bin stores are always clean. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are always super efficient. All staff members are very friendly and nice to our pet.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
None. Before we moved in, the team had given us all necessary information.

Excellent Location, Well-Managed Development and Great Community Feel
I have been extremely pleased with my experience living in this development. The building is modern, attractive and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality finishes and well-maintained communal areas. The apartments are spacious, energy efficient and benefit from excellent natural light.
One of the standout features is the quality of the service provided by the reception and on-site staff. The reception team are consistently friendly, professional and approachable, always willing to assist residents and visitors. Parcel handling is efficient, enquiries are dealt with promptly, and the staff contribute significantly to creating a welcoming and secure environment. Their professionalism and positive attitude make a noticeable difference to the day-to-day living experience.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area offers an excellent range of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars, all within easy walking distance. There are several well-maintained parks and open spaces nearby, making it easy to enjoy outdoor activities and relaxation. Public transport links are excellent, with frequent bus, tram and rail services providing quick access to the city centre and surrounding areas.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been highly responsive whenever we have raised an issue. On the one occasion we required maintenance support, the team acted quickly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and resolved the problem efficiently. The professionalism of both the management and maintenance staff gave us confidence that resident concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The development is still relatively new, so there was limited information available from existing residents when we moved in. As a result, some aspects of day-to-day living only became clear after living here for a while. Fortunately, the building has been well managed, and any issues that have arisen have been dealt with promptly. Other than that, there were no major surprises, and the experience has been largely in line with what we expected.
