A great, friendly & lovely place to live : )
Park Square is great. We did have our reservations about what living in central MK would be like. Those reservations where quickly reduced once our Park Square adventure began. It’s all lovely. The staff, the design, the location, the other tenants. What a great place to call home. This is our first serviced living experience & it really is a game changer. So many facilities, so much social opportunity & generally a peaceful, pleasant living experience. We have a dog & it couldn’t be more dog friendly, there is even a dedicated Bark Bar serving 24/7 dog treats, that goes down very well with our 4legged friend. Park Square is super clean, tidy & really well run. The Park Square team are friendly, mega helpful & always on hand for questions or support. We’d wholeheartedly recommend living here to anyone who asks. If in doubt, come pay a visit : )
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location, close to everything, quiet at nights, super green & friendly. It is a central city location, so there can be some vehicle, social noise. However, in general, it’s chill, easy & a great place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Don’t tell the others but the the Park Square maintenance team are our favourites. Such wonderful, helpful, friendly chaps. Always quick to resolve issues & if they can’t they managing expectations well. They deserve qudos & a pay rise : )
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We wish we knew how fabulous this place was as we would have looked to move in sooner.
We also wish we had known how lush & green central MK was & is as we would have considered this place sooner if we had known. We do now so win.

I love Kampus
I am satisfied with everything, but it could be better for Kampus to buy more equipment in the gym, and the current course is very interesting, especially the boxing. And I don’t have any other advice. I really love there! I will recommend it to everyone.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Really lovely staff and warm place, I really love Kampus and all facilities, I will recommend it to everyone!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly and willing to help me , very helpful!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Actually, nothing. Because for all necessary things and information, kampus has told us before we move in. Good!

Fantastic Apartments in the City Centre
Design of the building is amazing, plenty of facilities and amenities available for the residents: resident lounge, rooftop terrace, gym and private rooms. Building is clean, well maintained and managed. Staff is lovely and caring. Any issues which may arise within the apartment are dealt with properly and swiftly with no issues.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Everything is walking distance, 10 minutes away from city centre, great range of bars, shops and restaurants in the area. Easy access to public transport, bus stop 2 minutes away and tram stops 5 minutes away. Train station also located 10 minutes away. Can be a little bit noisy due to the Leonardo Hotel being located across the street.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management and maintenance resolved all issues straight away and everything was fixed properly first time
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Apartments can get very cold in the winter and are quite difficult to keep warm.

The Blossoms, CR0
This development review is rated 4.0 out of 5.0.
I do love living at the blossoms however I wish there was a better parking situation
The flat is super modern and been designed beautifully. I think the finishes are great. Only complaint would be is the bathroom floor is extremely hard to clean as they are non-slip tiles. Although it’s safer than normal tiles it becomes a chore to try and clean them. Residence lounge, co working space and gym are all so lovely! Only complaint is that I live in the North Tower and you cannot rent the residence lounge for events like you can in the south tower. The management team are somewhat helpful however I do feel that there has been a lack of training for most of the younger team members.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lots of grocery shops and clothing shops nearby. Lovely cafes and restaurants too. If you enjoy having a drink there’s many pubs and bars too. Transport links are great to get into central London. Parking is a nightmare though, you cannot apply for a permit to park on the street. The nearest parking lot (Morello car park) costs £217/month to park your car!!!!!! Which is extortionate. You will hear the train from your flat but you get used to the noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they have responded to issue I have had but I often have to chase for responses.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew which way the flat was facing (ie north facing or south facing) I also wish I knew how much the parking was going to be.

Kampus living
Good facilities on offer. Responsive reception team and maintenance staff.
In a good central location.
The parcel store is helpful for receiving parcels when I’m out.
The gym, podium garden and bin stores and not very well looked after by the residents
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location next to transport links. Not too loud for being so central. My particular apartment gets no natural light at all which is a bit sad.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Within the day and always fixed it.
Helpful and friendly when attending the flat
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The apartment gets no natural light and my private terrace is actually accessible by others if they just walk into it
