In a building situated in the historic centre of Palma dating from the 16th century, this unique renovation project with 2 duplex-apartments has been realised. Each property features its own Mallorcan character.

During the renovation modern architectural elements were successfully combined with original authentic Mallorcan features. Only the highest-quality materials were used including natural-stone floors in the bathrooms and oakwood floors with wide boards in the rest of the property, a kitchen with first-class appliances from Smeg, and warm, indirect lighting providing a very high level of comfort.

In all rooms will be domotic home-automation technology controlling the lighting, the electrical equipment, the air conditioning etc. Heating is supplied by use of the newest aerothermal pumps.
