From the Wells office, continue along Priory road to the roundabout.  Take the second exit on to the A39, Glastonbury Road and continue for approximately 400m.  Take the next right onto Jocelyn Drive and continue for approx 250m passing Old Mill Way and osmond Drive on the right.  The property can be found on the right hand side, just after Osmond Drive and before the turning to Keward Avenue.
