Let’s begin our detailed tour now. First of all, it’s worth noting that the property is very easy to reach, situated just a few hundred metres from the main road between Saint-Pons and La Salvetat-sur-Agout, equidistant from both towns!

Close by, but not attached, a new building houses two gîtes with a total of 12 beds; they are identical and offer the same charm and amenities as the first large gîte.
We now take the path leading to the playground; we’ve chosen the one that winds through the forest to make the most of the exceptional surroundings here! This area can also be reached via a small track in the hamlet!
Upon reaching the top of the hamlet, we come across a playground with a secure paddling pool, a children’s play area, a pétanque court and a picnic area – everything you need to recharge your batteries in the great outdoors!
Below, in a spacious, open area, is THE reception hall, clad in wood, compliant with public access standards, beautifully light-filled and in keeping with the eco-friendly spirit of the site, fully furnished – it will be ideal for weddings, family celebrations, seminars, meetings, training sessions and workshops… It also opens at the rear onto a shaded terrace, with breathtaking natural scenery as a backdrop!
The added bonus is a fully equipped professional kitchen, fully compliant with regulations, of course! Not to mention an adjoining workshop and garage.
It is now time to head back to the main house; we have toured all the facilities! What an incredible working space! Location: To the south-west of the Haut-Languedoc mountains, within the Regional Nature Park, the territory of the commune of Soulié covers a vast area.
The commune borders the department of Tarn; it is a village comprising around fifteen hamlets, and so many farms and isolated buildings that it would be impossible to list them all. All these places have their own history, characteristics, character and soul. Situated on the Plateau des Lacs, with the Raviège lake some fifteen kilometres away, the main activities are agriculture, forestry and tourism.
