Brompton Close has been our family home for nearly 8 years — a place full of cherished memories where we’ve grown our family and built our businesses. It will always hold a very special place in our hearts.
As our family continues to grow, it’s sadly time for us to move on and allow someone else to enjoy everything this wonderful home has to offer.
Tucked away in a small, private cul-de-sac, Brompton Close has a real sense of community. The neighbours are warm, welcoming, and always happy to stop for a chat — especially those we share our driveway entrance with.
One of the things that first drew us to this home was the beautiful kitchen space — truly the heart of the home — where so many memories have been made. As well as no foot traffic past the front of the house which helps to make the hone feel more private. Our pride and joy is the garden room we’ve added during our time here. It not only looks stunning from the outside, but has also been the perfect space to run a home business, welcoming clients who often comment on how lovely it is.
The location has been perfect for family life, with Maiden Place right on the doorstep for everyday essentials. We’ve loved having so much green space nearby — enjoying weekly walks around the local nature reserve and spending time with friends at the many parks within walking distance.
We will be very sad to leave, but we are certain whoever chooses this as their home will be thrilled and will create many wonderful memories of their own.

Our sellers have perfectly summed up why this house has been such a ideal family home for them since over the last few years. It really does have so much to offer with great room sizes both upstairs and downstairs. From the outside it can be deceiving but homes in this location and with this accommodation are very sought after and this is a great opportunity for someone looking to be tucked away in a quiet cul de sac location.

This is such a fantastic location for anyone moving with a family and always has been popular with great schools, parks and woodland right on your doorstep. To the front you have a handy entrance porch that takes you straight into the bright living room. As you can see it's been finished tastefully with solid flooring and doors but we really like the sliding doors onto the garden. The kitchen has been really well fitted with solid wood worktops, integrated appliances and ample cupboard space with the theme of light continuing through.

Upstairs all of the bedrooms are a superb size with the master coming complete with built in storage. The refitted family bathroom is a good size and of course comes with a window. Outside the garden gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day and is also very private, this creates a great entertaining space with the patio area. But our favourite part is the cabin which speaks for it's self, not only a great space for working but also for entertaining. You also have side access to the front, where you have a full size garage with power and driveway parking for multiple vehicles.
