What we think at the Zoe Napier Group
We absolutely fell in love with this spacious fabulous family home, having been recently refurbished to an excellent standard it is quite literally ‘turn key’ ready and we found ourselves having to be dragged away from admiring the jaw dropping views over the River Crouch to the rear. The semi-rural setting, combined with convenient access to Maldon and Burnham-on-Crouch, will undoubtedly appeal to those with a passion for sailing and maritime pursuits.
What the owner says
We purchased the property five years ago and it was in need of refurbishment. It has unquestionably been a painstaking process refurbishing and reconfiguring but we feel it has all been worth it as it now offering very versatile spacious accommodation. Having the railway station so close by has been a game changer for us as we regular travel into the London and it really is a seamless commute.
