We are pleased to present 'Casa Mar' to the market. It is located on one of the most idyllic and central streets in the charming village of Casarabonela, just a few minutes from the main square, bars, and restaurants, and close to amenities such as shops and schools. Only 45 minutes from Malaga airport, Malaga city, and the coast.

The house has two entrances, the main one on Calle Catarraijana, which leads to a cozy, well-proportioned living room with a large fireplace to provide warmth on the coldest days in the Sierra de las Nieves. To the right is the entrance to the bright and fully equipped kitchen. From here you can access a spacious private patio with many possibilities. In this patio is the second entrance, which leads to a quiet street.

Returning to the living room, there is another entrance that leads to a living room or dining room with a window overlooking the patio and a landing under the stairs. Climbing these stairs leads to the master bedroom, which is classic, spacious, and well-proportioned, with a balcony overlooking the quiet Catarraijana street.

Leaving the master bedroom on the right is another well-proportioned bedroom. Returning to the hallway is the spacious, traditional bathroom.

Climbing the stairs to the top floor is the terrace, a quiet and spacious area, covered and bright, from where you can enjoy views of the impressive mountains, the roofs of the traditional houses in the village, and the countryside.
