Description
*PRIVATE SALE*
Tucked away in a private spot at Trawsfynydd Holiday Village, this charming two-bedroom Norwegian wood log cabin offers a peaceful holiday escape in beautiful Gwynedd.
Constructed on site in 1973, the lodge features a lounge with bow window, storage heater and Freesat TV, two bedrooms with panel heaters, a bathroom with shower cubicle, and a double-glazed enclosed verandah with storage heater.
UPVC windows are fitted throughout, and the lodge is plumbed for a washing machine and dishwasher. It is sold furnished, with garden furniture included.
Outside, there is a private garden, parking, and decking to the front and side, with the side decking enjoying a south-facing aspect.
The property is leasehold until 2048 and benefits from the original lease, offering a much lower site fee than the newer leases currently in place on some log cabins within the holiday village.
