The Hoppety is a peaceful no through road from which you have the excellent amenities of Tadworth High Street and Walton-On-The Hill Village nearby. Both are easily accessible in a few minutes by car, or should you fancy a stroll both are no more than a couple of miles away.
There are a wide range of local shops, hairdressers, restaurants, some lovely public houses and there is also a beautiful duck pond, which is very scenic.
Additionally, Banstead with its’ vibrant atmosphere is easily reached from the property as is Kingswood Village and Epsom town centre is circa twenty minutes away by car.
For schooling, there are an excellent number of highly rated schools, both state and private, within a few miles of the property. These include Tadworth Primary School which is essentially just “around the corner” from the property and Arberdour Preparatory School which is similarly nearby.
Should your lifestyle require access to a train station you are well served by Tadworth train station which is circa half a mile away and for travel by car you are very quickly able to access the M25 and beyond from the property.
For recreational pursuits there is a wide range of options in the local and nearby general area.
There are plenty of walks, country pubs and restaurants, tea rooms and should you enjoy the gym then Tadworth Leisure Centre and Community gym is nearby.
For those of you who enjoy a round of golf within circa five miles of the property there are some highly regarded options, including Walton Heath, Kingswood and Banstead Downs golf clubs.
Also, it would be remiss of me not to mention that Epsom Downs Racecourse – the home of the Derby – is also within easy reach.
The property is to my mind a bit of a Tardis as from the front it is hard to tell that you have the spacious accommodation which is provided by this lovely home.
Throughout the property is finished in neutral tones giving a light feel to all the rooms.
The living room has a bright front aspect, and the kitchen/breakfast room is superbly finished. You also have an additional utility room from which the rear garden is accessible.
