Many private and state schools operate morning and afternoon bus pick-up and drop-off points in the nearby villages of Maresfield and Nutley, both within a ten minute drive.


Transport Links

Local transport links are excellent for such a rural location. Buxted railway station, located approximately four miles from the property, provides direct services to London Bridge in about 70 minutes.
