Description
A purpose built, first apartment situated off one of Budleigh Salterton’s most favoured roads, enjoying a tranquil location less than ½ a mile from the Town, Sea front and Golf Club.
The property is very tastefully presented, with spacious and well-proportioned accommodation that benefitted from a program of refurbishment by the current vendor. Outside, the mature, well-stocked communal gardens are kept to a very high standard, whilst the garage and private parking are further notable assets.
West Hill Court is a purpose built development of classical design; Flat 16 is quietly situated in the higher part of the development with an attractive, sylvan outlook at the rear and a secluded, South facing sun terrace. The property is a delightful main residence, but would also appeal to those looking for a luxurious second home.
OUTSIDE
The flats are approached from Sherbrook Hill via a tarmac driveway leading to a forecourt in front of the garages. A paved terrace bordered by a classical balustrade runs along the front of the building.
There is a visitor's parking area to the side of the building, from which there is access to the communal gardens. These are a most attractive feature of the development, laid to lawn with well stocked flower beds, mature shrubs and trees creating an attractive feeling of seclusion. A wrought iron gate from one end provides an alternative means of access from Sherbrook Hill.

Situated on the Jurassic Coastline of East Devon and designated as a World Heritage site, it is considered one of the most desirable coastal locations in the West Country. The beautiful two-mile beach, with very clean and safe bathing water, is framed by the picturesque sandstone cliffs, and allows panoramic views across Lyme Bay.
Nearby is Woodbury Common and the Otter Estuary, which has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and has an abundance of wildlife to explore. The town has much to offer, having an impressive variety of interesting shops with a wide choice of individually run businesses, restaurants and cafes. There is also a primary school, doctor's surgery, hospital, dentists and a library, all within walking distance of the town.
DIRECTIONS
From the traffic lights at the top of Budleigh Salterton High Street proceed away from the town along West Hill. Turn left after about 1/4 mile into Sherbrook Hill and West Hill Court will be found on the right hand side.
