This house has been a special home for us as we started our family here and it’s part of so many happy memories.

When we first moved in, we had a brand new kitchen fitted and built an extension so we could have a downstairs toilet. We’ve had new windows fitted throughout and landscaped the back garden. The garden is a good size and it’s been ideal for entertaining.

The house has a great history and period features such as the open fireplace in the living room. We have really enjoyed having a fire in the winter months, especially at Christmas time.

The location has been perfect for getting to Wokingham and Reading and having the train station so close has meant we can get into London really easily. It’s conveniently close to lots of amenities which has made day to day life easier.

The neighbours are so friendly and there’s a real community feel on the road. We have genuinely loved living here and we hope that the new owners will love it just as much.
