Ca'Nova is located in the centre of the medieval village of Brienno on the western shore of Lake Como, just a few miles from the town of Cernobbio.

The quiet village of Brienno is probably one of Lake Como’s best kept secrets and remains largely unspoiled, retaining all of its medieval charm. It traces its roots to an ancient Celtic past, which predates Roman times. The hamlet is a maze of narrow passageways and stairs which connect its churches and houses to the lakeside, creating an atmosphere of rare and unhurried beauty. Brienno is 65 km drive from the centre of Milan, 50 minutes drive from Malpensa International Airport and 45 minutes drive from the Swiss city of Lugano.
