The oldest part of The Old Manse of Monzie dates from 1716, however it has been extended, re-arranged and modernised over the years. The house is characterised by its attractive façade, pretty front porch and the many original Georgian features that have been preserved internally.

The Old Manse of Monzie is located in a small rural community centred around its pretty Georgian church. Whilst the house has an idyllic countryside setting it is only 3 miles from Crieff and 17 miles from Perth.
Crieff has a selection of supermarkets, independent shops, galleries, cafés and restaurants as well as legal services, a cottage hospital and a health centre. The Strathearn Community Campus based at Crieff High School has excellent facilities available to the local community and Crieff Hydro attracts visitors of all ages with its leisure facilities and restaurants. Gleneagles and its golf courses are 11 miles south. More locally there are golf courses in Crieff, Muthill, Comrie and St Fillans. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy outdoor activities in the nearby hills and lochs. Beautiful walks in and around the Sma’ Glen, Glen Quaich, Loch Freuchie and the River Almond are all on the doorstep.
The nearest train stations are at Perth, Gleneagles and Dunblane. In addition to the international airports at Glasgow (59 miles) and Edinburgh (53 miles), Dundee Airport (38 miles) has daily flights to London. There is an excellent choice of private schooling nearby with Ardvreck and Morrison’s Academy in Crieff whilst Craigclowan, Strathallan and Glenalmond are all within 24 miles.

Directions
From Perth, take the A85 west towards Crieff. After about 12 miles turn right in the village of Gilmerton and after 300m vere left to Monzie. After almost 1 mile, the front entrance to The Old Manse of Monzie is through wooden gates on the left hand side just opposite the entrance to the church. Park here and follow the path to the front door.
