The kitchen is design-led but practical too — fully equipped with brand-new modern appliances, including: 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens, plus a microwave, Ninja double air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, NutriBullet smoothie blender, chef-grade knives, and high-quality cooking utensils/crockery/glassware/stoneware etc.
There is a dining table seating up to 5, creating a comfortable space for shared meals when residents (who hopefully will become friends) choose to dine together.
The cosy, dedicated cinema room features a 65” smart TV, warm ambient lighting, and a generously sized 5-seat sofa, creating a comfortable space e. g. for long film nights or watching sporting events together as a household. There’s Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV etc.
There are 2 dedicated laundry areas and a house tumble dryer, ensuring convenient, on-demand washing and drying for all residents.
Weekly cleaning by a professional housekeeper is also included, who will visit the house every 7 days and clean the property.
A monitored fire alarm system linked directly to the emergency services monitors the property for the safety of all residents, plus exterior CCTV provides added security and peace of mind around the clock. There are no cameras inside the house, so residents’ privacy is fully respected.
