The Lincolnshire Agricultural Society (LAS) is pleased to offer to the open market the opportunity to rent arable farmland at Trafford Farm, Carlton Le Moorland, Lincoln.

The farm originally came into the Society's ownership through the generous bequest of the late Miss Sheila Trafford, after whom the farm has been re-named.

Location

The arable land is located around the village of Carlton Le Moorland. Access is mainly gained from public highway.

Tenure Comments

It is anticipated that the farmland will be let under a Farm Business Tenancy for a period of not less than 10 years. This is dependent upon the proposals and offers received.

The tenancy will commence on 1st October 2026 (subject to the right for holdover for the growing crops) for a ten year term until 30th September 2036. The tenancy agreement will incorporate break clauses.

The rent can be reviewed no more frequently than every 3 years with the earliest possible review date being 30th September 2029.

The rent is to be paid quarterly in advance on 1st January, 1st April, 1st July and 1st October.
