Carsington is a pretty limestone village which lies between the market towns of Ashbourne and Wirksworth and is surrounded by rolling Derbyshire countryside. Carsington Reservoir and Sailing Club are close by which is a haven for walkers, cyclists and sailing enthusiasts. The High Peak Trail is easily reached.
