    Buckler’s Ride is a lovely development where it has its own community and neighbourhood is very friendly. There are local shops and coffee shop which gives it independence

    I am delighted to provide this reference for Sally, who supported me throughout my recent home move. From start to finish, Sally demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, organisation, and dedication. Moving home can often be a stressful experience, but Sally’s calm and reassuring approach made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. She was consistently approachable, responsive, and always available to answer any questions I had—no matter how small—providing clear and helpful guidance at every stage. What stood out most was her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything progressed efficiently. Sally anticipated potential issues before they arose and handled each situation with confidence and expertise. Her communication was excellent throughout, keeping me informed and giving me complete peace of mind.     The local area is really pleasant and family-friendly, with a good mix of green spaces and everyday amenities. There are several nearby shops and supermarkets which make day-to-day living convenient, and a decent selection of cafés and restaurants within a short drive. Transport links are reliable, with good access to main roads and nearby stations, making commuting manageable. The street itself is quiet and well-kept, with a nice community feel. Parking is generally straightforward, and we haven’t experienced any issues with noise or anti-social behavior. Overall, it’s a calm and convenient place to live.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Overall, the team has been helpful and professional when dealing with queries. One point for improvement would be response times, as I did need to follow up on an email after a few days. Faster initial responses would make the experience even better, but aside from that the support has been good.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Nothing major comes to mind, the overall experience has been straightforward and aligned with expectations from the viewing and onboarding process.

    Great location for families! 3 parks, cafes, co-op is brilliant.. love the H&W pub perfect place for a few drinks, food and plenty of space for kids to run around.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Property maintenance isn’t the fastest to respond but when they do issues get fixed.

    What is the best feature of your home:

    Energy efficient, clean, very quiet neighbourhood. The bedrooms are really big.

    I have been really impressed since moving to Bucklers Park and the experience with Lead Living was fantastic. Sally Campbell was the lady I worked with and she went above and beyond to help me do virtual tours while working away and I have been very happy with the property since moving in.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have been great. Sally has been particularly helpful and went above and beyond with virtual viewings and ensuring all our needs were met.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I would learn about setting up Yale locks and Hive heating.
