Wood Farm Cottage
An enclosed porch opens into a small hall from where the stairs rise to the first floor. A door to the left leads into the sitting room which is a good size and centred around a fireplace. The kitchen is at the rear of the cottage and, while small, is perfectly formed (although in need of refurbishment).
The bedroom is a great size and benefits from a built-in closet and windows front and rear. The bathroom is also a really good size; if converting the two properties into one then this could be a lovely principal bedroom with en-suite.
OUTSIDE
Wood Farm
Wood Farm is approached via timber five-bar gates and has a driveway alongside the house that leads to the main entrance at the rear. A pedestrian gate next to the conservatory opens into the enclosed, south-facing front garden which is laid to lawn (paved outside the conservatory) with planted borders all round and a beautiful magnolia tree next to the front wall. At the rear, hardstanding adjoins the house and leads on to a concrete path that runs down the centre of the lawned garden. The garden is enclosed by post and fail fencing and has borders stuffed with shrubs, perennials and colourful trees.
Wood Farm Cottage
A driveway leads to the a garage in front of Wood Cottage. A tall hedge separates the property from Wood Farm. The lawned garden wraps around the front, side and rear of the property, as does a concrete pathway alongside the house. There is currently no separation between the two properties at the rear. Wood Farm Cottage has a pedestrian gate leading into the lawned garden of Wood Farm.
