5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I can only say good things about its location. The Eden Mall across the street literally has everything and anything you need. Bus station has access to nearby towns to Heathrow airport and a 15 minute slow walk to the train station. Parking was always available in front of the apartment for loading or Eden Mall itself has a large parking space if needed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The apartment has great maintenance, with quick, almost immediate fixes around the apartment by Ryan, where I've heard some apartment take days or weeks to fix! The management team is superb, supportive, and Sophia has been amazing, always willing to assist with anything. Cannot thank them enough for supporting with my departure. Never had an issue with management living for 5 years, never any issues with deliveries or parcels - not once they were lost! The one time I had to give feedback on noise from upstairs, the team immediately resolved it within 24 hours. Great team!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I have heard the apartments near Howard Court do not have a reception/Business suite like HC does. I didn't know how important or life changing it is to have this reception area - for the sake of security, delivery management (receiving, sending parcels), communal space to connect with other residents. There are occasional cute events, which is where I met my lifetime friends. Or you just go there for the friendly smiles and faces you see at the reception, to have a chat and decompress after work. It changes your quality of life. Should be highly valued!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living here has been an absolute pleasure from day one. we are directly opposite the shopping centre and just 5 minutes from all of the main supermarkets. The restaurant and bar scene is also just 5 minutes away . Nearby open spaces and parks are beautifully maintained, perfect for morning walks, weekend picnics, or simply unwinding after a long day. Transport links are excellent — regular and reliable bus services connect the area with ease, and the proximity to major road networks makes commuting by car a breeze. The train station is a 15 minute walk, making tmy daily commute a breeze. Highly recommended!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Sophia , Ryan, and the cleaning guy (I forget his name) who have been very friendly and helpful dueing my tenancy.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Flats are really quiet, no noise at night and absolutely no interference from neighbours or aBOVE
