This serene five-bedroom home lies in St Margaret’s at Cliffe, Kent, a village forming part of the designated South Foreland Heritage Coast. The Tour



A large gravelled driveway with a detached double garage sits at the front of the house. A flight of steps framed by neat hedging descends to the front door. Inside, a wide entrance hall leads to a vast living room with sliding doors and far-reaching views across the landscape. A log burner with tiled hearth is perfect for hunkering down on cooler evenings.



In the kitchen, red quarry tiles run underfoot, while a wide window fills the space with natural light. Appliances include a Stoves range cooker. A second sitting room on the opposite side of the house has further opportunities for enjoying the views via glazed sliding doors, with glimpses of the sea. The Area



Feathers occupies a wonderful position between the coastal villages of St Margaret's at Cliffe and Kingsdown. The surrounding landscape is defined by chalk cliffs, rolling countryside and far-reaching coastal paths, with the White Cliffs National Landscape and the South Foreland Heritage Coast on the doorstep. St Margaret's Bay and Kingsdown Beach are both within easy reach, while nearby Pines Garden offers peaceful walks overlooking the sea. Keen golfers are particularly well served, with the renowned courses at Royal St George's Golf Club and Walmer & Kingsdown Golf Club both nearby.



The villages of St Margaret's at Cliffe and Kingsdown have an established collection of independent cafés, pubs and local amenities.
