LOCAL AUTHORITY:

Carmarthenshire County Council, County Hall, Carmarthen SA31 1JP.

DESCRIPTION:

A plan of the land is attached for identification purposes only.

The land takes its access off the minor roadway that links Glandy Cross to Llangolman, and is divided into three level pasture fields, suitable for grazing and cropping.

There is good quality, private farm track within the fields that follows the eastern boundary of the first field, and then the southern boundary of the second field. Part of the second field was, historically, used for grass track racing but this has now been reinstated into pasture for agricultural use and has plenty of potential for grazing and cropping. The land is reasonably well fenced and gated.
