Whether enjoying your morning coffee overlooking the water or unwinding at the end of the day, the private balcony is a standout feature and can be accessed directly from both the living room and principal bedroom, creating a seamless connection between the living space and the surrounding scenery.

Monkley Court is favoured for its peaceful riverside setting whilst remaining within easy reach of Caversham’s vibrant centre, riverside walks, cafés, restaurants and Reading town centre amenities. The development also offers well-maintained communal gardens, residents’ parking and a garage located in an adjacent block, providing valuable practicality alongside its attractive setting.

Internally, the apartment provides bright and well-balanced accommodation with a spacious living area designed to maximise the outlook and natural light. The fitted kitchen benefits from integrated appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

The modern shower room features a large quadrant shower cubicle with electric power shower, WC, hand basin with vanity storage, heated towel rail, tiled flooring and a window providing natural light and ventilation.

The second bedroom offers excellent flexibility and can easily function as a guest bedroom, home office, dressing room or hobby space, making the apartment equally suited to professionals, first-time buyers, downsizers and investors.

Seller’s View

"I genuinely miss living at Monkley Court and often wish I could return. The views from the apartment and balcony are something I particularly miss — being able to look out over the water and enjoy the peace and quiet was very special. There’s also a real sense of community here which made it such a lovely place to live. The only reason I moved on was because the stairs became a little more challenging for me, otherwise I would happily have returned to enjoy everything Monkley Court has to offer once again."
