Description

Here is a home that offers a huge amount of living space, ideal for a large family looking to offer plenty of room to each member of the family or any staying guests. There's a lovely feel to it and it flows from room to room very well.

The top of the home is an obvious choice for mum and dad with the whole floor offering itself up as a master bedroom suite with walk in wardrobe, separate shower room and ample bedroom space. The whole floor has plenty of natural light as well as privacy. It would also make a great guest room. A further 4 double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite and a family bathroom enable the largest of families space and convenience. The amount of space within the bedrooms will be hard to find in other houses. The ground floor is made up of a lounge backing directly into the garden with an interesting bay window and doors allowing summer breezes to circulate. A formal dining room for entertaining or social family meals. A study will prove to be a real asset for any studying children or work at home families as it will offer a quite place to enable you to just get on with what needs doing.

As a previous show home, the kitchen comes well equipped with plenty of cupboard storage, integrated appliances as well as a granite work top.

With a great location within the road, plenty of parking seclusion in the garden and oodles of space inside there is every reason to think you have found the home for you.

What the Owner says:

Having a family and needing a family home was the main reason for buying this home. It was to do with the room sizes. Each bedroom is a double and gives us, our children or guests space to be in. We have also got plenty of space downstairs with 3 separated rooms which we use as lounge, dining room and study.

We also all manage to get to different places with ease by making use of the local public transport from Kings Hill. With all the amenities on offer here just minutes from the front door this is a very convenient place to live.

We are moving out from the home so there will be no waiting for us to find.
