Description

Owners Comments…

We moved in out house in March 2021, shortly after being blessed with our little one, and from the very beginning this house became far more than just a property — it became our first real family home. It’s where we created precious memories, celebrated milestones, and enjoyed the comfort and security that every young family hopes to find. Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac setting, the home offers a wonderful sense of privacy and calm. There’s very little passing traffic, making it quiet, safe, and ideal for families, while still being incredibly well connected for everyday life.

One of the things we have loved most is the location. The area is surrounded by excellent schools, including the highly regarded Aldryngton and Maiden Erlegh, which makes it especially appealing for families looking to settle into a strong community with outstanding educational opportunities nearby. For commuting, the convenience has been invaluable. With Earley Station just moments away, travelling into London for work has been straightforward and stress-free. Reading town centre is only around three minutes by train, giving quick access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and everything the town has to offer. The Royal Berkshire Hospital, major supermarkets, parks, and everyday amenities are all close by, making daily life incredibly easy and practical.

Inside, the house is beautifully bright throughout the day. Natural light pours into the rooms, creating a warm and uplifting atmosphere in every season. It’s a home that always feels welcoming — airy in the summer, cosy in the winter, and full of life all year round. What truly made our experience special, however, has been the sense of community. The neighbours here are genuinely kind, friendly, and supportive — something that is increasingly rare and impossible to replicate. It’s the kind of place where people look out for one another and where you immediately feel at home.

This house has given us happiness, comfort, and unforgettable memories, and we hope the next owners will love it just as much as we have.

Dan & Neil Estate Agents’ comments…

Looking for the perfect home for a growing family? This fantastic 3-bedroom semi-detached home could be just the one!

Tucked away at the head of a quiet cul-de-sac and within walking distance to the train station, it’s perfectly placed for commuters and families alike, especially with some of the area’s best schools nearby.

Outside, there’s a big driveway offering plenty of off-road parking, plus handy side access. The property also benefits from solar panels, helping to keep those energy bills down.

Inside, upstairs offers three good-sized bedrooms and a modern family bathroom. Downstairs is where this home really shines, with a spacious front-to-back lounge diner that’s perfect for family life and entertaining. There’s a well-fitted kitchen, a useful study space to the side for working from home or homework time, and then a stunning large conservatory to the rear with a vaulted ceiling overlooking the garden.

To top it all off, the property comes with a closed onward chain, helping make the moving process that little bit smoother!

Area Comments…

Location-wise, this home truly delivers on both convenience and lifestyle. It’s just a short walk to Earley railway station, making commuting simple and efficient. The property also falls within highly sought-after school catchments, including Maiden Erlegh School, adding to its strong family appeal.

For getting around, regular bus services to Reading, Wokingham and Bracknell run every 15 minutes and are just a two-minute walk from the property. Drivers are equally well catered for, with the A329(M) and Junction 10 of the M4 motorway only a five-minute drive away.

Leisure and everyday amenities are all close by. A pleasant ten-minute stroll brings you to The George Pub & Restaurant, while just a little further you’ll find Showcase Cinema de Lux Reading, Winnersh Garden Centre, Costa Coffee and Bar + Block Steakhouse, perfect for dining out, catching a film, or enjoying a relaxed weekend.
