    Area is great as long as you drive. Close to shops. Unsure of bin collections yet as no bins have arrived or any days added to the councils page.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Unfortunately the WiFi is not up and running like we were promised however the staff have been very understanding and seem to be doing their best to get this resolved as soon as possible.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Only the WiFi. Everything else has been smooth and as promised.

    We moved here from outside of the area. We are very happy with the amenities that surround us. Three supermarkets, a few choices of doctors, and a leisure centre all within a short walking distance of each other. The bus service is pretty good. It takes you into Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells and now there is a new service taking holiday makers to Gatwick. The property development is quiet and well maintained. Most, if not all homes have off street parking, which makes the neighbourhood look more appealing.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The P.M team have been great. Responded well to my calls and emails. They were first class in their handling of our questions.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    How good the Property management team were at responding to my questions, as on reviews there were mixed reviews, which i was concerned about at the time.

    The area is very quiet with really friendly people! There’s not too many restaurants / take away options.

    We are yet to raise an issue to the building management team.

    The options for restaurants and take aways. Automatically the bins set up to the property ready when move in.

    There are still lots of trees and plants which makes the development really open spaced in being still part of the forest It looks extremely smart and the building aren’t too close to each other so there is privacy. Car parking space is disappointing but overall the development is good
