The gate to the land is on the right hand side, directly opposite Sandy Hole Road, immediately before the Church. From Ilminster High Street, bear left onto Bay Hill. Continue along this road, through the village of Seavington St Michael, for approximately 3.8 miles. At the roundabout take the third exit onto Hollow Lane. Follow this road for approximately 2.0 miles into Merriott village. Turn left onto Church Street and continue along this road, past the Primary School. The gate to the land is on the right hand side, directly opposite Sandy Hole Road, immediately before the Church.
METHOD OF LETTING
The land is being offered to let in one lot by Tender. Tenders to be received in writing on the attached form of Tender, which should arrive at the Agents’ offices at Sedgemoor Auction Centre, North Petherton, Bridgwater, TA6 6DF by 12 noon on Friday 12th June 2026 a sealed envelope clearly marked ‘Tender for land at Merriott’
