One of the things we’ve loved most about this apartment is its position within the development. Being on the ground floor, it enjoys sunshine for much of the day, from early morning right through until mid-evening, making it feel bright, welcoming and a lovely place to spend time.

Having our own allocated parking space directly outside the patio doors has also been incredibly convenient, especially when loading and unloading shopping or everyday essentials.

The apartment itself is wonderfully warm during the winter months and surprisingly economical to run, with low monthly electricity costs.

There is a real sense of community here too. The residents are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a lovely environment to be part of whilst still enjoying your own privacy.

To the rear of the building, there are two attractive communal patio garden areas which are perfect for sitting outside, relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

The House Manager has been fantastic throughout our time here, always approachable, supportive and willing to offer help and advice whenever needed, which adds further reassurance and enjoyment to living within the development.
