"As homeowners, we chose Monk Fryston because it is so close to the A1, M62 and A63. But, because the house is in a small, smart estate off a country lane, there is no actual road noise! We have also spent many an evening in The Crown, a 16th century coaching inn. It’s within easy walking distance and has rave food reviews on trip advisor. Still on the food theme, it is only a five minute drive to a great Indian restaurant in South Milford, The Cumin Lounge. Many a yummy meal eaten there and currently 4.7/5 on trip advisor. They do takeout too!

The house sang to us because it has a great wraparound garden, full of British songbirds. Our bedroom also overlooks a huge green area where you can play with the kids, have a coffee in the sun or take the dog for a sniff.
The porch has also proved a very useful second wardrobe for all my shoes and wellies!"
