Externally the lodge offers the open decked area which offers views across neighbouring countryside, access to the side door and double patio doors to the front. There is some communal space to the side of the lodge and it is only a short walk from the lodge to the main car park.

Facilities on site include a café/bar restaurant, and recently refurbished swimming pool. It is a short walk to the beach, and there also a bus service linking the Whitsand Bay with neighbouring villages, Plymouth and the rest of coastline.

The lodge has been successfully let over the period that it has been owned by the current vendors. The present owners are willing to include chattles, towles crocery etc. to allow a smooth transition should any buyer want to continue with holiday letting.
