    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The development is so peaceful . We have moved from a more rural location and Daisy drive is more quiet . Less traffic . Love being able to walk to local shops and the leisure centre . Our teenage daughters love that they just have a short walk to bus stops which gives them more freedom .

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have not had any issues yet . Feel confident they will be dealt with quickly though , based on the overall experience we have had so far .

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Some basic things could have been supplied , such as toilet roll holders . Not a problem though as they are inexpensive and easy to fit .

    Great access to A23 either Brighton or London bound. Train stations nearby with regular bus services.Ample parking spaces & located in a quiet area.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    No issues , so can't comment on this question, if i did have any i would expect a good service.

    I think the whole move in process went very well so no issues.

    I have lived in Hailsham for 30+ years, raised my daughter who went to the local schools never had any issues with anti social behaviour and also have worked locally for that time

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have not raised any issues as yet but will about the heating if we cannot sort

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The only issue so far is the lack of storage and only USB sockets in the kitchen

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Very nice location, easy access to both Hailsham and Eastbourne as well as near by bus routes. The estate is not cramped compared to other estates in the area.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have not contacted yet however, we will shortly RE some radiators not being able to turn down (but if thier service is as good as Ryans im sure it will be dealt with very quickly!)

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That the plug sockets do not have USB's built in (other than one in the kitchen) since current property most sockets also had 2x USB plugs inbuilt.
