Day to day, it’s unhurried: a good church square, tapas bars, a pharmacy, schools, supermarkets, and a sports centre, all walkable. La Duquesa’s beaches and golf are five minutes by car.
I’ve visited this property myself. It’s presented honestly, priced fairly, and the kind of home that makes sense for a lot of different buyers.
