It sits in a small gated community of around 20 homes on the edge of Manilva village, the kind of neighbourhood where you recognise your neighbours, the gardens are kept, and the pool is genuinely used. This isn’t a sprawling complex; it’s a small community with a sense of place.

The front terrace faces east and catches the morning sun, with views over the communal pool towards the sea and hills. To the rear, a private terrace off the dining room is sheltered and quiet, genuinely good for evenings outside.

The garage is private with additional storage, and air conditioning runs throughout.

Manilva is one of those villages that tends to surprise people. The vineyards are real, the wine festivals more so. Day to day, it’s unhurried: a good church square, tapas bars, a pharmacy, schools, supermarkets, and a sports centre, all walkable. La Duquesa’s beaches and golf are five minutes by car.
