Thoughtfully designed development with community at its heart. Lovely local hub with cafes- pub - shop and green spaces.

Not had any problems arise so far. But Sally has been fantastic with our move.

It's a quiet and welcoming area with great transport links and quick connections to get into bracknell by road or bus and Crowthorne a short walk away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Haven't had any issues arise yet but the house was in great condition when we moved in so I don't think we need anything from.them yet!

What the weather was going to be like! No one can control that. Try not to move in a heatwave !

I have always lived in Bexhill, we are now a short walk from local school. Double driveway I'd say order bins in advance and I currently have no bins still. Yale smart lock doors, I'm not a fan of these and finding it hard to get in and out of front door, may just take sometime to get use too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
So far I have not needed to contact them however still early days.

Get your bins ordered before moving in. Take time to work the yale smart lock

Beautiful area lots of greenery and local amenities nearby. Very tranquil. Local transport is about 10 minutes walking distance and access to the train link to London .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t had any as of yet as only just moved into the property .

We were giving all the information we needed and I and sure if we have any queries in the future they will be answered accordingly .

Excellent location and easy transport links to M27, A27 and M3. Moments away from Whiteley shopping centre which has everything anyone could need for entertainment, food and shopping.Lovely local parks, dog walks and leisure centre. I am very happy here and settled. Lovely neighbours too!

Yes, Quickly and efficiently.Call back within 20 mins of asking for help.

Unaware Botley bypass was under construction. Hasn’t been an issue so far though.
