Description

A spacious detached family home positioned within this highly regarded residential setting in Moulsford.

Set within established grounds, the property has been thoughtfully arranged to offer a practical and well balanced layout, creating a comfortable and inviting home.

The entrance hall sets the tone, providing a generous sense of space with useful built in storage for coats and everyday items. From here, a corridor leads to the kitchen/dining room, formal dining room, and cloakroom.

The kitchen/breakfast room forms the natural hub of the house, fitted with an extensive range of wall and base units complemented by work surfaces. Integrated appliances include an oven with hob and an extractor above, dishwasher and microwave, along with a sink and drainer. A separate utility room provides additional storage and space for larger appliances.

Open plan from the kitchen is the dining area, offering ample room for a family dining table, features parquet flooring and a store cupboard with a built in fridge. The formal dining room provides an excellent entertaining space, well proportioned and conveniently connected to the principal reception areas.

The sitting room is a particularly light and comfortable space, centred around an attractive fireplace with marble surround, creating a natural focal point. Patio doors open onto the rear garden, allowing excellent natural light and a strong connection to outside.

A further reception room, currently arranged as a snug/family room, offers a flexible space with patio doors and a rear aspect window, making it ideal for family use.

The study provides a practical home working space with room for desks and storage.

Upstairs, a wide staircase leads to a central landing giving access to four bedrooms and the family bathroom. The principal bedroom benefits from fitted wardrobes and an en suite. There are three further bedrooms, comprising two doubles and a single, all served by the main family bathroom.

Outside, the property is approached via an attractive gravel driveway bordered by mature planting, providing ample parking and access to a double garage with power and lighting, along with a separate wine store.

The rear garden is a particular feature, generous in size, predominantly laid to lawn, and offering a high degree of privacy.
