10/10 place to live!
Milliners Yard is such a beautiful development with everything one would need. There’s such an emphasis on intentional design aspects that make for such an enjoyable experience.
They curated a simply perfect home for tenants with incredible onsite amenities.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has a perfect balance of quiet and city vibes. A stone throw away from all the main shops whilst also being hidden from the madness that comes with living in a city.
The area is constantly seeing new developments and shops opening up which is very convenient and a clear indication that investors see real potential in the Fabric District.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team are quite literally available 24/7. There is somebody onsite around the clock and respond to issues immediately. There is the option to message the team via Whatsapp where they typically respond immediately.
Any issue raised is handled with so much care and urgency.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing comes to mind. The team have been transparent from day one and left no stone unturned. Our expectations were managed and exceeded.

Very good
The desig is very nice and modern. Theres many facilities including a gym and the building and property management is excellent. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly. We particularly like the organised events and activities that were put on.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Theres a bus stop right outside and a short walk to Lime Street station which is very convenient. Theres lots of shops and places to eat with a small Tesco next door and a short walk into town for all the restaurants.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They responded quickly and efficiently which meant we didn't have to worry.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The desgin was very modern and had a homely feel to them.

Beautiful flat in a great location
I love living here, a really spacious flat, really convenient as I teach yoga online from home and I can create a lovely studio looking space here. The co working space is a really great area, always cosy, and as a keen exerciser, it’s amazing to have a gym on site. The views from the roof terrace are spectacular, friends who have come to stay are blown away by it (not literally!) . I’ve made some lovely friends here, and the management team of Kevin S, Kevin E, and Kadira are just so lovely, always there to help, as are the amazing concierge team, both day and night.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Milliners Yard is an incredibly convenient place to live, 5 mins from Lime St station and around 12 mins to Liverpool Central station , really close to all the shops in town and short walks to the waterfront and also the cathedrals and Hope St.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, when my boiler was faulty it was replaced quickly and I received compensation for the old boiler causing the bills to be higher than they should have been so a very satisfactory outcome.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One of the best things is a real sense of community the management have created, with regular events of all sorts happening every month and regular emails keeping us all up to date and connected.

Resident of 12 months
Good. The building its self is Easy to navigate. Has a lovely communal area along with the gym.
Communal space has a Coffee machine with all the options, oat milk, whole milk, hot chocolate.
Location is good. Not too central but definitely close enough and round the corner from multiple restaurants and supermarkets
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Brilliant views, great communal spaces and the staff are lovely. Especially the gentleman who works nights, I believe his names Dean. He’s constantly going out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. I have had very little to report. But what little I have has been addressed very quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew it existed sooner. Wasted my money living in alternative locations
