Country house on a fully fenced 3000m2 plot in a rural area, yet not far from the sea and mountains.
The driveway leads to the mostly empty plot, except for grass, shrubs, and trees, as well as a parking area and storage space for tools, etc.
There is also a garden at the rear of the house.
The house has a main entrance that is not currently used as such, but upon entering, you reach a raised area to the right with a bedroom. Below, there is an unrenovated section of the house with access from the outside, but it could easily be converted into a playroom, storage room, or another room. From this door, to the left, you reach the rest of this charming house.
