Property Insight
A beautifully presented three-storey detached family home offering generous and versatile accommodation, set on a quiet cul-de-sac within a popular modern development in the Suffolk town of Newmarket. Within easy reach of local amenities and commuter links, the property provides four/five bedrooms, two reception rooms, a stylish open-plan kitchen/dining room, two en-suite shower rooms, a family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom, along with a landscaped rear garden and a double garage with driveway parking — an excellent home for a growing family.

Approaching the home, a secure block-paved driveway provides parking for two cars and leads to a double garage with electric doors & an EV charger. Stepping inside, the welcoming entrance hall is finished with laminate flooring that runs throughout the ground floor, with a handy cloakroom and the living accommodation leading off. The bright lounge enjoys French doors opening onto the rear garden, while a separate snug with a bay window offers flexible space that would work equally well as a playroom, study or second sitting room. At the heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen/dining room, fitted with shaker-style cabinetry, genuine ‘silestone’ worktops and a breakfast bar. A range of integrated appliances includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven, combination oven/grill, hob and extractor, and French doors lead out to the garden — making it a natural gathering spot for family life and entertaining alike.

To the first floor, the principal bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower room, joined by two further well-proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom comprising a bath, a separate shower, a sink and a WC.

Rising to the top floor, a private retreat awaits in the form of a spacious double bedroom with en-suite, alongside a fifth bedroom or home office that lends itself well to guests, teenagers or working from home. Both upper floors are carpeted throughout, with each en-suite fitted with a shower, WC, sink and tiled flooring.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden has been landscaped with a paved patio and lawn, offering a sociable space for children to play and for entertaining through the warmer months.
