The dual aspect lounge/diner is spacious, with a door opening onto the garden, and space under the stairs for a work station, ideal for those who work from home. Bedrooms two and three are located on the first floor, alongside the shower room, and are both double bedrooms with built-in storage. Bedroom three also features a decorative fireplace and has views across the East Sussex countryside. Outside: The rear garden is separated into two areas with a paved patio abutting the house, ideal for entertaining, and a raised lawn with plenty of mature plants. Mature raised sleeper beds separated the patio from the lawn, containing a variety of plants and shrubs, with azalea, hebe, bluebells and daffodils throughout the garden. An area of shingle leads to a secluded area with a generous garden shed, a paved patio and a wildlife pond. To the front, shared steps lead to a path giving access to the front door, which is flanked by wildflowers.

Surrounded by countryside and public footpaths along with Batemans National Trust House in the village.
