Ofcom suggests that a standard broadband connection should be available at the property, however, there may not be availablity for superfast or ultrafast connections. N.B., the landlord has indicated they may be able to offer link to a Starlink system for a small additional cost.
They also suggest that with most major suppliers there may be limitations to both voice and data services, however, with all of the above we recommend checking with Ofcom directly or with the suppliers themselves.
