This impressive villa is set in a privileged position, on the edge of a natural park with the Guadalmansa river running below at the bottom of the valley and enjoying magnificent views to the hills and towards the coast. Set in Monte Mayor, a secluded and guarded community with only one access point, just 6 km from the town of Benahavís and just 7 km from the coast.

Once you enter Monte Mayor and arrive at the house, you are greeted by the impressive entrance courtyard made of granite stones from Portugal, leading to a large triple carport with a thatched roof with like a gazebo.

The home is built over two levels plus a large basement with partially natural light and a terrace facing the river below. All of the levels being connected with an elevator.

The heart of the house is the large open-plan kitchen with top of the range Gaggenau appliances which extends out on to the 140 m2 living room with a beautiful wooden valuated ceiling and fireplace with sliding windows opening onto the terrace and pool area. The water tanks are activated automatically and can supply the house with 4 days of water consumption for 12 people. Indoor and outdoor alarm system with laser beams covering the entire property and connected to the security point at the main gate as well as to the security company. Bang and Olufsen music and sound system and Lutron controlled lighting system throughout the property. The sound system, allows you to play different music in every room.

Another very important yet unnoticeable feature of this masterpiece is that the foundations are simply amazingly built, which have kilometres of piles ensuring that the structure of the entire house remains stable, avoiding structural issues or cracks.
