It was set up initially to manage the large number of residential estates that were planned for the area, at one point managing over 2000 properties, comprised on some forty five different residential estates.

The estate management business is now handled by its subsidiary company, Mountpoint Limited - formed in 1994.

The sales, lettings and individual property management functions are dealt with through Property Matters (London) Limited - formed in 1994.
