Centrally located in Buckley, you’re just a short walk from numerous shops, pubs, schools and if you drive, well, the world is your oyster, Mold and Chester are merely a convenient drive away.


As we pull up outside number 16 Farm Road, I noticed what a well kept area it is and how lovely the houses look, and this is no exception. A driveway, just for you to park two cars on, sits prominently at the front of this exceptional home.


A step up leads us to the front door, with its large frosted glass window, allows the light to flow into the entrance porch. This is a handy place to keep those wet shoes and coats, you know, for when the sunshine decides to disappear.


Another door, again with the large frosted glass panel keeps the light levels at a maximum, something that a lot of similar houses lack. The lounge is a generous size, with smart light wood effect flooring and a bay-style window offering views over the front. The first door opens to the main bedroom. This is a large room, easily capable of taking a double bed and other free standing furniture. There is also a built in wardrobe that will free up a little space in here. A large window looks out over the front aspect, allowing ample light in, or more importantly, star gazing opportunities for those insomniacs among us!

The second bedroom can take a single bed, and a limited amount of free standing furniture. It’s ideal for a young child, friends who crash over or if you’re lucky enough, a great games room. The window provides views over the rear garden, and lets the light flow in.
